In addition to some of the woman competing in the regular associations there are also some woman only bullriding associations. I know of at least one here in the midwest. In some cases the rules are a little different. Some have a 6 second qualified ride rather then 8 etc.

I could care less what other ppl think about girls ridin bulls. If I wanna do it I'm gonna do it and ride 8 not 6. I don't get pissed about what other ppl think about it.....everyone has their right to an opinion just don't get out of hand like someone will all know.

That's great Nat, you should go for it! I was just curious about this topic and I don't chat on any other boards, so I thought I would bring it up here. But I see where you're coming from, trying to protect us from harmful comments! Very sweet. . .

Well I know where cowboy1991 is coming from, but the posts on the other boards ask.."what you THINK of women riding bulls". Where as this one just asked if there WAS any. Im not nit pickin. He is right about the subject, there are tons of posts on what you think of women bullriders......first off, its not what we think. Secondly, if your a woman asking what we think, then you definetly shouldnt...again...its not what WE think. Either your gonna, or your not. And if you talk about it, but keep coming up with excuses why you didnt, cant, shouldnt, whatever....I DONT WANT TO HEAR IT!!!....I suppose Im that guy that cowboy just wrote about pissin someone off now. I did get off the subject, I knew a few women that rode, one I knew rather well...Chrystle Lyons, she doesnt ride anymore, but her and her husband still attend rodeos and do the religous part of it, and does alot of the singing. I was training another...but she decided kickboxing was more for her....HHHHMMMM !! Anyways....you all have a good day and no fighting without me, Im always up for a good arguement, or throwdown.....

I know I'm a little late, but I saw a girl rider at the Rome CT Event. She didn't make it the whole 8, but she looked like she knew what she was doing. I bet Nat could do it, too.

I think that one day, women will be a part of the PBR. Justin Mcbride said in his webchat that if there was a girl that was good enough, then he thought they could become a part fo the PBR. Why not?
