If you saw this weekends event at Phoenix, you saw a bull named Stetsons Blig Bling. He was supposed to be a really hot new bull, but didnt buck so well. It turns out that the bull broke his back and had to be put down.
Not even two months into '06 and we already lost a young superstar bull.

Yeah, I remember seeing him last year... he had a few good outs. That is too bad... do you know how he got injured?

That is awful news...
I absolutely hate hearing about the bulls dying, especially at such a young age. He had a great future ahead of him.

Well, he isnt dead yet. He walked off the trailer but is now laying down. He wont ever buck again, but they are trying to save him as a breeding bull.

CSB- Thank you so much for the update.
I am glad to hear that he is hanging in there.
I know when my horse had her broken leg that it was a good thing that she laid down alot. Hopefully that is the same with a bull?
