Hey guys, I have been wondering where Camo has been so I went over to Breeder's Connection to ask and got this response:
When Camo showed up in Stephenville he had a horn infection and his horn was broken off by his skull so when he bucked it slapped him in the face and was causing him pain. So we decided to surgically remove it. For your info he is back to 100% and you will be seeing him soon. Brad Boyd
Brad Boyd and Toby Floyd (as well as PF) are now partial owners of him. I am so glad to see that he will be back and bucking soon!
Thanks for the update! Wow, that sounds painful. I knew he had a slight off-day in Tacoma this year (which was the last time we saw him), though to be fair a big guy was on his back and made him look a bit easier. Up until he disappeared I had considered Camo to be in the running for BOTY but the unfortunate happened, I guess. Great to see that he will be back! I love watching that bull buck (I got to see him in action last year when the PBR came to the Nassau Coliseum) and hope he can make a BOTY run in the years to come. Will he be at the PBR finals, does anyone know?
