i know that is how it should be, but the riders vote on it, and say they see the bull have a few lower performances, such as smokeless wardance, then it affects his votings. Smokeless had a few worn down trips due to an overbucking year, and it deffinately affected his chances.
IMO mudslinger has earned it, so many great years. This is kinda to NoGeeksPls I know that i would vote for a bull with some size and strength more than a bull that would just out run me. I mean i can stick to the little bulls, but i rather get on a good sized bull than a midget.
