First off, this draft thing has killed my key match-ups, and it has hurt my excitement a little. That being said, the round 4 draw is up, and there are some great match-ups as usual. Here it is.

Renato on Chicken on a Chain!!! J.B. on Crosswired!!! Zack Brown on Bones!!! Truthfully I would've liked to see Brendan Clark on Bones, but Zack got to him first. Should be a great night.

I'm looking forwart to a lot of them, but Ross Coleman on Troubador caught my attention for sure. He was close to riding him for a big number earlier in the season, but he lost his bull rope at 6 or 7 seconds. He is riding well, and that could be the round winner for sure.
Brendon Clark on All In should be good watching as well. I also think Mike White will finish in the top three or four on Maverick. I've been very impressed with this bull in his CBR outs this season.

I agree with the draft thing killing the fun for us. I know I was looking forward to doing some match-ups for sure as well. Now all we'll get is people drawing bulls for the 40th time if I may quote Cody. I mean, seriously, with the draft, I want to see match-ups that never happened!
But as for Round 4, that was pretty exciting. The bulls were superb for the most part, but Mauney and Marchi stepped up in the biggest ways they could. Mauney is really making it tough on Marchi now.
Mauney's ride on Crosswired? Wow. That was just a fantastic ride. If anything, I really think he should've been more than 93.75. But maybe I was hoping for a record or something.
Troubadour, All In and Spit Fire looked outstanding in round 4. Speaking of scores, I think Spit Fire looked better than a 46.5.
Maverick WAS good! And Mike White was better. That was one of the best rides I've seen him make (besides the Troubadour ride in Tulsa, of course).
I really hated seeing Adriano and Chris buck off their bulls. They were looking as good as they ever had, but things didn't go their way.
Jared Farley's injury to what looked like his wrist truly scared me. I really hope nothing is broken, but it looked bad the minute he got up and ran to the Justin healers.
Marchi didn't get the biggest score of the night, but hey, he's 4 for 4 as well, and if he can ride them all, then would Mauney's efforts still prove futile? I'm really hoping Marchi can get that title this year, but Mauney is also riding like he deserves it.

He sure is, and it's killing this March fan! I really like JB and I knew from the beginning that he had this in him (and a WC), and any other time, I'd be praising him and Guilherme for making this such an exciting finals, but I want Guilherme to win so bad that it's all making me squirm every night!
The two of them are definitely on fire, though, and it's certainly making things interesting.

Spit Fire is outstanding! He is getting punished for bucking off his riders so fast, but I agree, his bull score should have been even higher.
All In has impressed me more than any other bull at The Finals. When I saw the final 5 announced for BotY, I thought All In would definitely finish in last place of the five. I like him, but I didn't think he could keep up. Like Justin McKee has said, however, he has possibly had his two best trips of the season in Vegas. Great job!
Also, as far as bulls go, I thought the judges were a little harsh on some of the lesser unknowns. I'm partial to Hebert Bucking Bulls, but how "What I Say" wasn't higher than 44.25 is beyond me. That was the rankest trip I've ever seen from him. That was 45.5 at least. And the same goes for Big Bucks. He was great last night and only got a 44.25 as well. McKee was surprised as well after he saw what he had received. There were a few others in there, but I can't remember off the top of my head.
Last night's action was great, and while Mauney keeps putting pressure on Marchi, this thing is over. I know it's not technically over, but it's over. Both are 4 for 4, but they won't finish 8 for 8. I'd put money on that. And Marchi will end up so high in the average regardless that he will get some points for that. If Oliveira or Lostroh would have had The Finals Mauney is having, it would be more of a nail biter. But Mauney was a little too far behind at the start.
Lastly, I was happy to see Hot Stuff and Palermo combine for such a high score. I didn't know if the judges would mark the bull high enough because he looked a little slower than some. However, he is VERY strong and had a great trip. The judges got that one right, so kudos to them. I also agree Mike White could have been higher. The bull came out backwards and White nailed every move. The judge that marked the rider 24.5 had things right on that one.
