May as well get in a few match-ups since people encouraged me.
Brian Canter on Eviction: Pun intended, but I'm glad to see Brian hasn't been completely evicted from the BFTS tour (yet). And I think he can help himself stay on full-time with this bull, who has been ridden 5 out of 7 times. I'm picking Canter here.
Clayton Williams on Smash Hit: I'm glad to see Clayton is also still here. The bad news is, he has not been riding like the Clayton Williams that won the Challenger Tour finals the last two years, and to make matters worse, the slide will continue with this bull, who has only been ridden 11 out of 40 times (and is a mean one to boot). I have to go with Smash Hit on this one.
Mike Lee on Chance: Now this is a match-up I like. Chance has taken many guys to the pay window on the BFTS, and Mike Lee ought to be one of those guys too, no question. I look for Mike to ride him and place near, if not at, the top of the round.
Pete Farley on Man Law: Welcome to the BFTS, Jared's little brother. We saw him at the PBR World Cup last year and I'm sure he's got talent. Man Law, though, will not be a nice welcome for this kid, as very seldom does anyone ride him. I'll have to pick the bull here.
Zack Brown on Sir Patrick: Another tough bull that most people can't get past, even after several years on tour. However, Zack's twisted this bull before, and with the way he is riding this year, I'll have to pick Zack over the bull again. This match-up should be good watching too.
Any agreements/disagreements, bring them on.
So then! Only 40 guys? I figured we'd see 5 other alternates with 40 guys, but nope. I'm sorry, but I don't like this idea of having only the top 40 guys on the BFTS. The PBR has made yet another bad move in my book.
