Hope everything is ok. I remeber lane's ride and how he won then lost his life. This wreck did not look good almost the same scenario lets just hope he is ok, With all the news of bull passing away we often forget the riders and just how fragile they are.
God bless you Chris and see yopu when you get back.
All is well and he removed the brace that is great.

It wasnt that bad of a wreck, but where he hit him (in the temple area) scares me.

It sounds like Chris will be alright, (thank goodness) can't you just hear him telling them to "remove the neck brace!". My husband was in Cheyenne when Lane Frost died and he said you didn't even know he was killed until they announced it after the event. He said it wasn't didn'nt even look bad. Chris's looked bad! He said it was horrible to hear later that Lane passed away. I'm glad everything is going to be okay with Chris. I bet his wife and family was scared to death. He is a toughy!

Let's keep him in our thoughts. It was an awesome ride with a bad ending.
I pray everything is okay with him. And my thoughts are with his family.

that is true the wrecks that look the most innocent or more often than not are the one that wind up being the worse.
The first thought of that is when dale sr went into the wall looked like every other wreck but look what happened.
I'm not a religious man BUT god was on his side.

Thoughts and prayers are definitely with Chris and his family and friends. He is such a sweet guy and an amazing rider. I wish him a full and complete recovery in time for the finals. I can not wait to see him make a run for his third championship. The finals were not the same without him last year.

That is wonderful news. I'll admit I'm not a big Chris Shivers fan, but when I saw that wreck last night, my heart stopped. I'm glad no serious damage was done and he'll be back for the Finals.

well it is good to see that chris is doing better. i am glad that he is going to be able to ride at the finals at least. he was lucky that all he got was a concussion, that wreck could have been alot worse.

Well That is good to hear. I mean I know a concussion is bad but at least it wasn't something more. And at least he will still be able to compete at the finals.
You know what I told Cody was crazy, Last week Mike White, Chris' best friend, was carried out on a strecher and this week he was. Crazy!
Glad to know he is doing okay!!
