Rider Injury Updates

Travis Briscoe (Edgewood, N.M.) – Concussion and bruised knee, probable.

Beau Hill (West Glacier, Mont.) – Elbow sprain, out for 3-6 weeks.

David Cochrane (New Caney, Texas) – Broken left foot, x-rays 2/20/06 to determine status.

Adriano Moraes (Cachoeira Paulista, Sao Paulo, Brazil) – Right groin strain, left hand strain (riding hand), doubtful.

Greg Potter (Queensland, Australia) – Possible broken bone in left foot, x-rays 2/20/06 but status probable to compete.

Willy Ropp (Trenton, Mo.) – Concussion, questionable to compete.

Shawn Waite (Redmond, Ore.) – Sprained left knee, questionable to compete.

Colby Yates (Fort Worth, Texas) – Separated shoulder on left side, competing.

Mike White (De Kalb, TX) - Left groin strain sustained on Jan. 22 in Sacramento.

Bryan Richardson (Dallas, TX) - Out due to the broken jaw and loss of consciousness sustained in Charleston, Jan.13-14.

Travis, Adriano, Greg, and Colby are on the draw for this weekend. It's funny how they say doubtful for Adriano, he'll ride the same afternoon if his leg ever gets amputated. He won't sit out for anything. Is it just me or is that injury list getting smaller too?

Ashley- I wish that were the whole list, but it's just the "update" which is usually shorter. We still have Ferriera, Oliveira, Rasch, McIntyre, and bunch of other guys out because of injuries/surgeries.

That sucks for Beau. My roommate knows him and we were really excited about him making it on the BFTS. Hopefully he is better by the Billings event.

Actually Oliveira is returning to competition this week.....I don't remember seeing Rasch or McIntyre in the draw though, and I'm pretty sure that Ferriera is still not back. But no, that, unfortunately, is not the entire list of injuries.
