It looks like he was wrong when he guarenteed to ride Reindeer Dippin. It just kind of looks bad on him when he says he's going to do something like that and dont.

I agree with Holly! He set his mid to do something and he gave it 110%....they have to believe that they can ride anything or they are going to have seriously short careers!

#EXCITE122# I agree. 110% all the way. If you ask any bullrider if they are going to ride a bull what do you think the answer will be? Usually a great big YES. If you dont think you are going to ride the bull then you probably wont ride the bull.

I'm not new on here my brother is a pro bull rider. I do think it's great that Travis has confidence in himself like that. He gave a great effort on a world class bull. But if you guarantee to ride a bull you better make d**n sure you do or you gonna make yourself look bad. I'm not taking anything away from Briscoe cause I think he's a great bull rider.

I agree, you have to believe you can do it. And it was obvious that he was giving his all, all the way to the medic room, again. And I can guarantee you that if given the chance to get on him again next week, Travis will take that chance and tell you that he'll ride him, again. He'll do it someday. . .

All I know is Travis tried his guts out on that ride. That's why he got jerked down so bad.

I believe that you have to think you will ride before you will ever ride. If you count yourself out then you'll never win anything, in rodeo or in day to day life. God Bless

Travise tried his hardest to ride the bull and gave it his all so what if he guaranteed that he would ride him in bull riding you don't ride every bull and you can't guarante that you'll ride them he was just pumping himself up and was ready to ride reindeer and thought he could ride him. don't hold it against him because he didn't ride him and guaranteed to do it there is no guarantee that anyone will ride there bull even if it's the easiest bull against the best bull rider.

If you don't think you will ride Reindeer, you are going to get hurt pretty quickly or bail out. Unfortunately, if you think you will ride Reindeer, you still often get hurt. Crazy bull.
Travis is a little cocky and confident all at the same time. I'm not a huge fan of him, but I do like his attitude towards things. If I was a bull rider, I would be a little on the cocky side as well. It's just part of the game as far as I'm concerned. LJ Jenkins is the same way.

I understand the whole confidence thing that a bull rider goes through, thats in every sport. Almost every bull rider believes they are going to ride a bull, but they dont get on national tv and guarantee to ride a bull such as Reindeer Dippin. Thats just too hard of a task to back upwith a great bull of that caliber. Thats just my opinion. I didnt mean to cut him down at all. I like Travis Briscoe and think hes a great bull rider.
