I saw Rob got hurt again, this time at the Challenger event in Cheyenne. He's getting to be like Mike White. We can't keep him healthy.
Here's the injury report: Rob Bell (Houston, BC, Canada)-Fractured ribs and liver contusion. Transported to area hospital for further evaluation. Questionable to compete.

Rob stayed two nights in the hospital in Cheyenne. He has a crack in his liver that is going to keep him out for a minimum of two months

Yeah, I know the hardest part is not being able to up Collin and staying in bed.. He had just worked his way back to the BFTS and was hoping to go to the finals but...I really hate it for him..

Yeah. He has been out for a long time. I looked on his website and it said that he would be back in Mexico. But they just changed it, and now it says he won't be back until September.

I am sorry to hear that Rob was hurt and will be out of action for several months. He just got back on the BFTS tour and then he gets injured. I wish Rob a speedy recovery and will miss seeing him ride.

Yeah, I really hope he recovers soon, too. Did anyone see the wreck in Cheyenne when they aired it on OLN? I did and I think it looked quite bad. Get well soon, Rob.

I saw it and I think that his Flack (I think that's what they're called) vest prevented it from being A LOT worse. From what I saw the bull came down pretty much smack dab in the middle of his chest....and a couple thousand pounds coming down at a pretty good clip is gonna "leave a mark" so to speak.

Man Rob just can not catch a break this year! He was really starting to ride as well as we all know he can too. Hopefully he will have a speedy recovery and still make finals. I would really miss seeing him there if he doesn't. Let him know we are all wishing him a speedy recovery!

Rob is certainly one of my favorites, and it's been rough for him since his solid 2004 season. He hasn't been able to stay healthy since then.
He definitely gives it 110% each and every time out, but unfortunately, he always ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time.
I'm not sure if he will be back in time to make a run for the finals or not. It doesn't sound too positive.
