Check this article about Beau out.... www.tucsoncitizen.com/ss/local/39320.phpI am so glad to see that the world hasn't forgotten about him. I really hope he will be able to walk again someday and be like he was before the unfortunate injury in 2003.

The article didnt mention it, but he had a setback last year after falling out of a golf cart and breaking his wrist. At the time he was working with crutches and leg braces to help develop muscle memory. He is still rehabbing the wrist, and still goes to therapy daily for his legs. There is still a strong possibility that he will one day walk again.

Thanks, Homeslice, for posting that article about Beau. I asked this board in November if anyone had heard anything about him lately and no one responded. Much appreciated.
And look who's back! csb, glad to have you back! thanks for the additional info you provided. Let's all keep Beau in our thoughts and hope each day brings him closer to full recovery.

Great article. His attitude and the attitude of those that have supported him are AMAZING! I also like how the article stresses the importance of the support that they have gotten from the charities such as the Resistol Relief fund. For every story that gets press, such as Beau's they help support hundreds of others every year that we never hear about. Best of luck on their endeavor. I am just waiting to get the press release that announces that he took his first steps.
