I thought JW did a great job in the booth this weekend. Open, honest, and a little insight into some things in the locker room. I believe I heard him say he and McBride would be together in the booth for OK City.

Ya I really enjoyed listening to JW in the booth. It was nice to get a new voice and opinions from someone other than the usual players.

I loved J Dub in the booth, he tells it like it is.

i agree. he was a wonderful plus in the booth. and he was so careful with his language that everyone had complained about before. it wasn't him that slipped. it cracked him up, but he didn't say it. i sure hope they keep him!!!!!

I'm kinda partial to G-Man myself, but J.W. did a very nice job as well. They need to replace Craig Hummer with Justin McKee and put G-Man and J.W. in the booth. That would be nice.

JW has a great way with very few words--and has insightful things to say. I thoroughly enjoyed his broadcast. Will Ty Murray be broadcasting anymore? For that matter, is it my imagination or has Cody Lambert not been around?
Edit: Since I went to most of the events on the east coast in January, I hadn't been able to see any on tv. It's amazing what you miss behind the chutes when you are in the arena instead of at home watching.

No, don't replace Hummer! He and Justin McKee are excellent together. I also love G-man, but I could give him up for JW and McBride. Hummer and McKee make it clear and JW & McBride make it real. Ty is a little too grouchy sometimes. JW can be too but he puts comedy into the grumble! jmo

I like Greg in the booth, he spices things up. Ty has such a monotonous tone of voice and goes, on and on, I'lll yell at the TV shut up, I want to hear what they say about this ride, not that last ride.
You cannot beat Justin McKee, he knows the bulls and the riders and you cannot top his speaking voice it's great.
Michael G. sounds too unsure of himself when he talks. I'm sure he knows the game ,he was a bull rider and Champion, but he hesitates when he talks and just sounds like he's not confident in what he's saying.
JW is alright, he drones on quite long, like Ty does. He says some cutting remarks I think, not sure how the cowboys like the put down he gives them.
Give me Greg, and McKee, that's all you need in the booth. I want to see the bull rides, and the others excessive talking gets in the way of the present riding that is taking place at the time.

Give me Hummer, McKee and McBride and I'm in hog heaven. Oh, and give me the bull's name on-screen before the ride starts.

I love J-Dub. He adds a some comedy to the broadcast. He knows the bulls-nobody can deny that. I like when McBride and J-Dub are in there because they are such good friends you start to see true personalities. I also love McKee and Hummer in there. I could live without some of McKee's stupid comparison's or sayings, but I think it's nice to have somebody else who knows his bulls. I also think that Hummer know's how to run a show and keeps them on track.

Justin McKee is the PBR when it comes to announcing. Without him, it just isn't the same.
I enjoy J.W.'s commentating, but I like the GMan just as much. J.W. does seem to know the bulls a little more though.

Hopefully they will somehow figure out how to get rid of hummer (and donna from nbc) keep the former bull riders and breeders.

I like Hummer. Nothing wrong with him. Sure, he's no Dan Miller, but at least he seems to be a good guy and not a prick like Brett Haber (who I admit did a decent job towards the end of his run).
But yeah, JW in the booth is a great touch.

I like J.W. in the booth as well, more so than Gaffney or Ty. As far as I'm concerned they need to keep McBride out of there. I'm tired of hearing him talk about himself all the time.
Brendon Clark, on the other hand, is fantastic in the booth, and I wish they would take advantage of him when he's injured. He gives more insight about the bulls than anyone. I believe he'll be riding again in OKC though.
