And when it does come time to show an event they end up showing the red sox Yankees. I just happened to notice that the guthrie ok event was on this afternoon and i was going to catch some of the championship round and then there it was Red Sox Yankees. I guess baseball is a priority. lol not like we dont know who won but it just shows where the alligances are. What do you think the deal with the nhl will put the PBR?
I feel the PBR days are numbered on oln as will be the prca.
Isnt it funny that the outdoor life network would chose to show Hockey and not the pbr which is an outdoor life kinda event. Oh well just my opinion maybe we just need a rodeo network. Better yet i would love to just see the prca and the pbr on a ppv basis how do others? If you cant make an event you still have to pay to watch.

i was bummed about the espn schedule too, but i really don't like the idea of ppv for all our rodeo addictions. i don't think i can afford the prices they charge.

wouldnt you like the option though?
Lets see none or pay for it as you want to see it. i mean 9.99 a week that would be great see it live see it happen as it happens. that would be my best option. see for 300 bucks a year you could see all the events live that would be the best marketing tool they could do wonders. If you are a die hard than maybe a season pass for 199.99 would be great. afterall you go to one event that cost 75.00 just an idea i like that option it means i have to work a half a day more for a year long pass to enjoyment with no politics just bullriding.

why pay 300+ bucks a year to watch somethin you can watch practically for free any other time? ppv just doesnt sound good. to have a special rodeo/western oriented station sounds good though.

my point is that networks will not be able to afford to keep it with all the other sports out there. OLN has put out to much money for NHL. ESPN is a non factor there coverage is terrible until the finals. The Outdoor Channel should pick up the pbr and prca that way we would have one network for one sport and know when it is on. That would also cost 9.99 month for that network if and when they do that.
Bailey that was my point if they take it off the air how will you watch it. That is why the BRO tour had to stop no one carried them.
Even if it is on the interent the coverage would be alot better. just make the arena the background and just watch and enjoy make your opinions and comment on all the rides yourself with no announcers. I feel that would be the best. by the way 199.99 a year for the coverage is cheap. if that is what they choose. if they ever choose to do that i doubt it but i feel it would be great.
You all watch there will be a huge announcement that pbr or prca will be making here in the next 6 months. After both of the finals are completed changes will be made.

Sorry Todd.. I must've miss-read your first post. To have both PRCA & PBR on the Outdoor Channel would be great, as long as they consistantly showed both associations, closer to the actual event dates. I hate having to wait to watch events (specifically PRCA). I know the Sidney Iowa PRCA event was televised, but have yet to see it on any channels. This was the last weekend in July, first part of August. Come on, it doesnt take THAT long to do editing & things like that.

If you set up your "My Yahoo" page to show bull riding, it lists the ESPN/ESPN2 broadcasts too. I have a TV schedule set up for my cable company, and listed OLN on it. If I click when there's a PBR event, it shows bull riding for Xtreme and/or PBR. That's how I keep up.
