Looks like some great bulls coming to this event, though it's a 1-day affair. The short go has some great superstars, and the round 1 leader will take on Deuces Wild, which should be interesting.
Any matchups and picks? I'll post mine tomorrow possibly since it's way past my bedtime (since I have to wake up at 6AM in the morning, blah!).
EDIT: Ok, looks like I'll have to go first then.
Chris Shivers on Neon Nights - Chris is back and he is on fire, but at the same time, Neon Nights has been super-tough this year, and he bucked Chris off in St. Louis to boot. It'll be interesting to see but I gotta pick Chris on this one. I'm just surprised that Neon Nights is not in the short go this time.
Adriano Moraes on Leroy - Adriano's been slumping on the BFTS (though we did see him win at the Des Moines, IA CT event on TV), and Leroy is not the bull he needs when he's trying to break out of the slump. I have to choose Leroy here.
Troy Dunn on Bowtech's Walkin' Tall - I love this matchup....Dunn, even after he comes back from a rest in Australia (at least I assume that's what he's been doing), has ridden well this year, and though this bull has been seldom ridden, I'm going with Dunn on this one.
Ross Coleman on Mohegan Sun - he's owned by Jack Simmons now, but this is the Mohegan Sun we all know who can provide for some big points. Ross, I say, will take this bull down and get some points.
Greg Potter on Bowtech's Vertical Force - Good bull here, can be in the 90's on him like Matt Bohon was in Tacoma. Greg, though? I have no doubt that he can take this one.
Any more picks or any agreements/disagreements?
