I saw this info posted on another chat site. That's going to be great:
this was posted by Damon Rogers on the probullstats message board: "The PRCA will not be on OLN next year anyway. We have worked out a deal with FOX Sports NET to broadcast all of the tour rodeos next year within 8 to 10 days of the last performance and they will air at primetime in all of the timezones."

WOW that is great news! It will be great to see the events in a more timely manner and may also allow themselves to be more distinctive. I wonder if they are producing the events directly or are planning on outsourcing them? Thanks for the information.

This is absolutely GREAT news! Taking so long between when the event occurred til when it is aired has been a major complaint of mine all along. I find myself losing interest in watching the PRCA when so much time has elapsed since the previous event when I can't recall who is leading from event to event. I sure hope that this deal is for real.
Is Fox Sports Net a cable/satellite channel? If not, airing the events on a network that doesn't require a satellite or cable subscription could inevitably garner the PRCA a heck of a lot more fans....Do you happen to know, Gus?

I'm not TV expert, but I think it's available on both satellite and cable. (I have Fox Sports West) on my cable system. It's the same station that has The Best d**n Sports Show Period, which Ross and Justin have been on in the past.

Fox Sports is great for the big-time sports like basketball, baseball, etc. FSN is pretty shady for some of the other sports, however. I'm not sure how this is going to work out. I know I've had stuff pre-empted on several occasions that I was looking forward to watching. That being said, it's still much better than the deal they had with OLN. Anything has to be better than that. And we might get some of the events around the time they happen.
