The PRCA winter tour will consist of the following dates and stops:
Sandhills Stock Show & Rodeos Odessa, Texas Jan. 14 National Western Stock Show & Rodeo Denver, Colo. Jan. 22 Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo Rapid City, S.D. Feb. 5 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo San Antonio, Texas Feb. 19 San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo San Angelo, Texas Feb. 25 La Fiesta de los Vaqueros Tucson, Ariz. Feb. 26 Rodeo Austin Austin, Texas March 25 Laughlin River Stampede Laughlin, Nev. April 2 Clark County Fair & Rodeo Logandale, Nev. April 9 Red Bluff Roundup Red Bluff, Calif. April 23 Clovis Rodeo Clovis, Calif. April 30 Guymon Pioneer Days Guymon, Okla. May 7
The Pace Chute-Out will end the tour in May. The press release also indicated that the majority of the Winter tour stops would be broadcast this year. The TV schedule has not yet been released but it will be interesting to see if the schedule is more timely then in the past. This year's Pace Chute-out will be held in Tulsa. I wonder if this is the reason why the PBR decided to pull out? I'd hardly call this a "minor-league" event.
