Well I am a bit slow with this but in case anyone else missed it the CBR finals will be November 18-19 in Jackson Mississippi. Along with the some of the great riders that will be competing it looks like they will also have an amazing pen of bulls. According to the press release:
It should be a great show, and the $200,000 payout for two days is not bad for the riders either. Also if you have not been to the CBR website I would encourage you all to go and visit it. They have done a great job with their newsletters but also do a monthly column and a King of the month feature that is a lot of fun. Here is the link: www.cbrbull.com/ note that the name changed a little while ago so this may be different then the link you previously had.
And since we are talking about the CBR finals.... Any predictions on who will walk away with the title at the end of the season?
High ranking stock contractors including Herrington Cattle Co., Harlan Robinson, Lufkin Ranch and Rodeo, Frontier Rodeo Co., Terry Williams Bucking Bulls, Thomas Taylor, and Scott Burris will provide the best bucking bulls in the industry for the CBR World Finals. "The CBR World Finals will have the best bulls that have ever been at one event at one time including Smokeless War Dance, Pandora's Box, Texas Jack and Biloxi Blues," stated 6-time Stock Contractor of the Year, Terry Williams. "Guys will be riding for a lot of money - over $200,000 - and we are determined to provide the greatest collection of bulls from the best stock contractors in the industry."
