This is a great cause...I encourage anyone in the area to enter or go watch and donate to a great cause. There are several great members of the rodeo community pulling togeather to put on a GREAT show!
BIG Benefit Bull Riding & Barrel Racing
The Texas Christian Youth Bull Riders and Texas Youth Bull Riders and Professional Youth Bull Riders have banded together to support two rodeo families in their time of need. Points will be counted for all riders in each association to carry to their region.
Dalton Blazek age 12 of Scurry, Texas suffered a traumatic brain injury during a TCYBR event. He is currently in Children's Medical Center in ICU for an unknown length of time and during the Christmas holidays Derek Koch age 16 TYBR East Region Reserve Champion of Lumberton, Texas lost his riding hand to a fireworks accident and will require a prosthetic hand.
