I just thought I would let everyone know that I am being recieved into St. Paul's Presbyterian Church tomorrow morning. I may be the youngest adult there, most of the time the youngest person. But I at least feel like I belong with these people, and I belong to something with people that care. I have found that hard to find in this town. Ok, enough of my moping, this is suppose to be a happy thing. I hope you all are having a great weekend. Dont miss the PBR this weekend, and of course Beyond the Bull and Cowboy U...LOL God Bless Tina

good for you. it is good to belong to something, and i can't think of a better thing to belong to that being a member of God's family. i have been a member for more years than i wish to admit to. everyone would know i am old then. haha Being in God's family has been the only thing that has kept me from going crazy sometimes. when things get too tough for us to handle, we always know we should have given it the the Lord in the first place, and He would have taken care of us. Bless you and have a great time.

Congrats!
Growing up, my family never belonged to a church. When I was a freshman in HS I met a girl who invited me to her church. She was a year older than me and she would pick me up every Sunday for service and 1x a week for Youth Group. I then became a member of the church when I was a Junior, by myself. My mom always encouraged it, but didn't want to participate. I met some good friends and became closer with ones that I already had (like Jamie, my PBR partner).
Good luck with that, and God Bless!!

Thank you EVERYONE #EXCITE122#
I was in Kiwanas when I was 5 and was out when I was 10, then I went to a Babtist Church on and off in Jr high and High School with a friend. In college I went to a Morman Church a few times. And now I am where I am because I was having a really hard time in my life and I am still trying to figure out what I am suppose to do with it. I was baptised last spring also. I thank God for my Church Family.
Tina *oh and my Dad actaully came also, Im still in shock* #EXCITE122#
