Which back number in the PBR is "missing" (in the top 100) and why?

No. When Glen died in the year 2000 he was wearing the number 68. 68 is the one that is missing from the top 100, likely to retire that number in his memory.

yep... Homeslice got it... Glen Keeley died at the NM PBR event in 2000 and the PBR retired his current back number of 68 in his honor.
