With the long breaks and the inability to keep in touch with the pbr, has made the coming of football season that much better. I just love the NFL, so much so i had forgot the pbr was on this weekend.
Anybody else having this problem plus it is just not the same anymore i dont know why. i Guess it has been this way for along time but seeing haber gone for so long, Leah doing her own thing, Justin and his own scheduel i have just lost interest wondered if anyone else felt that way.
Them being gone is ok but when you replace then with the bafoons they did man they suck.

Well Todd, whether or not I have lost my interest or not, the PBR sure does seem to lose some steam when they take their long summer break.
I agree with you. It's just tough for me to get back in the groove of things after the break. I don't really care if there are a ton of rodeos or not, the PBR would be better off by having more events in the true rodeo season. The break kills the momentum heading into the last half.
Either that, or they should start their season right now and end it in May or June of next year. That way, they could go full steam and then take off a couple months before the next season starts.
I agree though Todd. But the Grand Rapids event was pretty good in my opinion.

I thought it was pretty good too. But I agree with you, it's hard to get back in the groove again. God Bless

I agree as well, it is hard to get back into the pbr, especially when football is on. I was a football fan before I was a pbr fan. It seems to me like there is a lot of new young guys in the pbr now, that the tried and true riders arent around anymore. I don't recognize a lot of names out there. I could be wrong, like I said it was hard for me to get back into it, I am sure there is tons of talent out there, just haven't "got to know" them yet, making it hard.

Andrea you are so right. It is alot like the last of the Mohicans with the razor Jim Sharp being the last. the next tier would have to be tony mendes JW Hart, the carrillos, adriano, cody hart and then the next wave like shivers, mcbride, rasch, peterson and so forth with the young guns being, Marchi, lostroh, oliveira, mcintyre so yes it is a changing of the guard and i do think the up and coming are good but the prestige and the legacy of a jim sharp micheal gaffney, ty murray, and so forth will be long gone.
Just hope the torch can be carried alot of incosistencies on the tour right now not mentioning names but they are out there.
