WOW WOW WOW... Chris Young!! That guy has it going on!! He is going to be very tough to beat!!! I didn't really like anything the girls sang!!!
And John Cena as a judge....I thought he did a great job. Better than the last two that is for sure!!!

I thought Chris did a great job too on that Keith Whitley song and Holly I agree with you he is going to be tough to beat

Well, you know I completely agree!! He's doin such a FANTASTIC job. Also something that impressed me was that as busy as he's been, he found time to write me back the other day. Most people wouldn't do that, I don't think. And I'm so glad he finally pleased Anastasia! LOL. I wasn't especially fond of his old hat, either...New one looked good!

I really like Jared Ashley. He has a good voice. I like all of 'em though. It's hard to pick one.

Well, Holly and I missed it this past week, but we will TiVo it in the morning to get caught up.
I heard Melanie Torres was voted off. What a mistake by the fans. I honestly felt she was going to win the entire competition. And she was by far the best of the females.
I enjoy listening to Chris Young though. He is currently my favorite.

OK, Chris did AWESOME last night! He was definitely the best.
I think that Nicole should have went. I just really don't like her. Kristen has an awesome voice and though she wasn't my pick to win, she shouldn't have went last night.
Jared Ashley and Casey Rivers didn't pick the best songs, true, but I don't think Anastasia should have been so shocked Jared is still there! I like him! And I thought Matt did a really good job. As of now I'm hoping that Chris wins and either Jared or Matt comes in right behind him.

I agree that Chris was the best last night.. He did awesome.. He had the best song and was very convincing!!!  I do not like Nicole at all. There is something about her voice that just drives me crazy!!! Jared and Casey's songs weren't the best but I love Casey's voice!! I don't really like Jared either!! He just sounds nasaly!! Anastasia gets worse every show for me... She drives me crazy!! The outfits she wears and the crap she says... Grrrr.... She makes me feel like crap sometimes and I am not even the one she is talking too!!!! |

I know what you mean about Anastasia, Holly! I think she definitely needs a hearing aid after what she said about Nicole. I don't think Nicole has what it takes to make it in country music at all! Her voice is just weird! I think it may be just how she pronounces things. She doesn't really sound country. I don't know, but hopefully we won't have to hear her again!

First of Chris is the best bar none. As far as Anastasia, she is the simon and i do agree with her assesments. The truth hurts sometimes and she was right on when she said that dude should have been gone. He is terrible. As long as we criticize Anastasia why not criticize the other two also who said the exact same thing but beat around the bush. Phil Vassar, was just as critical last night more so than i have seen in the past. It was good because all the songs were terrible. As far as Nicole, she tries to put too much twang, kinda like dwight yoakum but without the talent he has. Chris Young better sail through the competition he is a star and he deserves it.

I really liked Chris' song last night too and there is no doubt in my mind that he is the next Nashville Star and I was suprised that Nicole wasn't voted off last night but I think she will be the one to get voted off next week, and the song that Casey sung was the dumbest song I've ever heard.

I can't believe Jared was voted off he was alot better than Nicole and I think there starting to rigg the show because I just don't see how she didn't get voted off. So now it'll be like last year and she'll win just cause she's the only girl left. Okay now that i've got that off my chest I want to say that I thought Casey did a great job on Conway Twitty's Goodbye Time and that was funny how Matt put that line in Folsom Prison Blues about shooting the Nashville Star judge, and Chris did another great job too.
