Woah! This came out of left field for sure. He will definitely be missed by many in my opinion.
I know a lot of people talk a lot about his elevated scores (including myself), but when it comes down to it, he is still one of the best bulls in the PBR. And he may easily be the smartest bull.
That is crazy.

Whenever i think of this sport a song comes to mind:
"The Wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round, a few new bulls are on the way."
Not quite like that but hey LYJ had his fun and he will make many more babies go have fun in a pasture you were a great bull you are a great bull take a break and go get ya some.
I gurantee BULL OF THE YEAR he does not deserve it but hey his last hurrah give it to the bull.

I think Cowboy Todd nailed this one on the head.
He will be bull of the year again. <yawn>
He has not deserved it for last year or the year before in my opinion.
Wish he had retired a year earlier to get the politics out of the way and let Blueberry have a shot of Bull of Year.
He is one of the friendliest bulls on the tour. Loves to be petted.
Cash was really the best though in terms of being personable.
Really amazing to see two bulls who are so professional in the arena and so nice to be around outside.
It will be interesting to see what bull Mr. Teague gets to have as the next bull of the year.

Everyone in my family had different opinions on why to retire him Brother- They knew he wouldnt get bull of the year this year and wanted him to be retired as the champ Dad-He was losing a step Me--I dont really care -- as a fan I KINDA liked him but as a bull rider I couldnt stand him and Im glad the see all the politics around him will leave with him

It didn't really surprise me any. I knew he would retire soon but not this soon. I don't think I'll really miss him that much.

They have put thousands of miles on him and he has lost a step this year I think. I really dont think he will win Bull of The Year, the riders seem to be loving Mudslinger at the moment, and he is my pick.
