Found this injury report posted on a breeder's site July 15th:
"To anybody who follows Reindeer he was crippled at a PRCA Rodeo last night in Nephi, Utah. He was in a bull fight and suffered a gash just above his hawk. He received 20 or so stiches and no telling how long he is out for. Could not get up this morning. "

I hate reading this.
Hopefully it is just a cut and not a crippling injury.
I would imagine like any injury the day after is when the swelling and pain are most acute and that by now he is up and getting around.
I just adore this bull. He will move to my number one spot when Blueberry retires.

Well, just by the way it sounds, it is definitely something they don't need to take lightly. But I don't think they will, since he is their #1 bull right now.
Hopefully, everything will be ok with him, and he will be back to bucking before long.
