Back when Gustav was going into Louisiana, the PBR wrote a couple of updates on Chris Shivers and Nick Landreneau, even though they were both were far outside the danger zone (and don't get me wrong--I appreciated the update). Last week, when Hanna went over Texas, it was still at Tropical Storm speed when it went through Dallas and over Adriano's town. I also know that many of the other Brazilians live close to Dallas and someone on another board said that Zack Brown lives somewhere on the Texas coast.
I wish the PBR would let us know how they are doing.

Zack does now make his home in Santa Fe Texas, which is between the devastated Galveston and Houston. As of Grand Rapids he was not sure the status of where he is actually located. The Dallas area did not sustain any significant damage, which is the area that most of the other riders are from. One of the big impacts of the hurricane on the riders were several had connecting flights through Houston that were supposed to leave out on Sunday and had their flights canceled. The airline estimated that they would not be able to get them to their destinations until late Tuesday or Wednesday and since most of them had to leave for FL on Thursday or Friday they were left scrambling trying to find alternative ways home.

Thanks! I appreciate it. Glad to hear Dallas and the surrounding towns made out ok. I hope Zack did as well. And I was wondering how tough it would be to get back home. I hope they all managed to do so.
