Zip (also Slade Long from the PBR Website) has posted the World Finals bulls list over at ProBullStats.com. You can find it by clicking on the following link: 2008 PBR World Finals Bull ListZip said it's still subject to change a little, but for the most part, these are the buckers we will see in Vegas. I'll drop a few more comments later when I have a few more minutes to look over the entire thing. Enjoy!

Here a couple notes after glancing at the list.
-The first bull I looked for was Shane from Hebert Bucking Bulls. He is on the list and rightfully so. This is his 5th consecutive PBR World Finals, and this will get him close to 80 BFTS outs. He is one of my favorites, and I'll be ready to see him buck next week in Vegas.
-Other bulls on the list that have had several PBR World Finals appearances include Crossfire Hurricane, Camo, Big Bucks, Scene of the Crash, Sports Machine, Zorro, and Pandora's Box. I believe Crossfire Hurricane and Pandora's Box are both making their sixth appearance in Vegas, and that's the most on the list. All the others I just listed have been coming since 2004. That's awesome longevity from these quality bulls.
-No Reindeer Dippin. He hasn't really bucked well enough to get a spot in Vegas, but it would have been nice to see him get one out and then retire. He has been a big fan favorite. Nonetheless, this isn't a big deal at all because he has been major junk the last couple seasons.
-Other notables missing off the top of my head include King Solomon, Bonafide, Cochise (I still don't know the whole story here), Why Not Minot, and Fender Bender. I'm sure I left some out, but most of the big boys are on the list. Cody Lambert did a hell of a job once again, and the riders are going to have their hands full all 8 rounds.
-Everyone knows about the top five bulls chosen by the riders and other rank bulls such as Chicken on a Chain, White Magic, Voodoo Child, Ricky Bobby, etc. However, five bulls worth keeping an eye on that have a chance to be the possible PBR Bull of the Finals include Firebird, Rezboy, Billionaire, Apache Leap, and The Game. All five had been pretty rank lately, and they are capable of being 46+ every time out.
If you have anything to add, please do so.
Edit: Crossfire Hurricane and Pandora's Box both missed a PBR World Finals in the past couple years, so each will be making their fifth appearance. So the other bulls I listed are among the ones with the most appearances in Vegas as well.

I was also surprised Cochise was not on the list since he is one of the best bulls going right now. He hasn't bucked for the PBR all season, so I also wonder what's going on. His owner, Klein Brothers, doesn't have any bulls in the finals, so I have to think there is something going on between Klein and the PBR.
I was glad to see Apache Leap, Major Pain, Crosswired and Full Throttle get on the list. They're young bulls, but they're going to be great. I also have a fondness for Kung Fu Panda and Tahonta Shadow, neither on the list, but maybe next year. They haven't been out much.
I would've liked to have seen Smokeless Wardance go to Vegas. I know he has lost a step, but he's still a great bull.
Guess Lambert didn't want to risk Reindeer Dippin running down the fence like he does more often than not nowadays.

Wow, I completely forgot about Wardance. He was marked 45.5, 45, and 46 his last three outs, and he was marked 48 in June. I wonder if something happened to him over the past couple weeks because he should definitely be there if healthy. I thought he had lost a step, but after looking at his recent numbers, he has gained his form back.

Cody, I just checked his stats too, and you're so right. He is just as good as ever. I hope he is not having health problems.
