but i am personally SICK of seeing marchi and valdiron ruining good bulls. really good 22 and 23 point bulls having duck spinner days with both of them, that is just pissing me off horribly. and the finals proved what i have said all along, MARCHI IS WEAK-HEARTED!! they talk about how he stays healthy because he rides so good but he stays healthy because he doesnt try, anytime he gets slightly out of time you see his look straight at the ground (especially bulls away from his hand) and just look at his draft picks, how about you step up and be a cowboy and test yourself every once in a while. just look what happens when he didnt get to pick every bull at the finals, he falls off 5 in a row
im sure ill catch hell for this

Of course you will. Clearly you're about to defect to PETA or SHARK. I for one am tired of all this Brazilian-bashing.
First people say that Ednei ended Dillinger's career. Then Adriano killed Hotel California. Then Allan maliciously and purposely cut Coyote. ENOUGH OF THIS ALREADY!
Marchi and Valdiron are not weak-hearted. If Marchi were weak, do you think he'd be the '08 world champ? Sure, there are times when he loses his focus, but it's just like Adriano not too long ago. I do agree that the draft is getting out of hand, but weak-hearted Marchi is not.
I am just really sick of all this picking on Brazilians. If an American had done the same thing, no one would say anything, now WOULD THEY?

I can see both sides of the story, and I agree with points from both sides. I do feel some of the Brazilians still soak bulls too long, and the bull scores are lower because of this. I've talked to quite a few stock contractors, and the feelings are pretty much the same across the board. That being said, I think Marchi has improved quite a bit in recent years when it comes to soaking. He is much quicker out of the chutes. Valdiron and Renato Nunes still have issues, however.
As for Marchi being weak-hearted, that's pretty debatable. You won't ever win a World Championship in the PBR with that attitude. And he has been absolutely dominant since coming to the PBR. He will go down as one of the greatest bull riders of all time, and he will be in the running for this year's World Title as well.
So I agree with some of your post rodeocowboy, but I also disagree with some as well.

I never said anything about Ednei or Adriano, those were freak accidents. You can try to convince me that Marchi isn't weak hearted all you want but the proof it in these two years. He rode every bull but the one he didnt get did not get to pick the year he won the world title, but the year he didnt get to pick every bull look whats happens, ill say it again STEP UP AND BE A COWBOY AND TEST YOURSELF EVERY ONE IN A WHILE and you cannot deny that bulls have off days with Marchi and Valdiron. Those are the only two I'm talkin about, I'm ok with Renato and Robson.
And why would I defend PETA or SHARK, I ride bulls for a living I know what goes on at those events first hand. If you have ever taken a close look at those Brazillian ropes that come from Brazil you'll notice a huge difference in the block, it pinches the hell out of the bulls backs and they don't soak them in the chutes as much anymore; they do it in the alley way. We go into Brazil and have to change rowels for the bull's sake so it should be the exact same way over here. If you ride in America then your rope should be made here as well.
oh and I said it when he won the world title that Adriano did not deserve to win his third world title and I will continue to say so, looking at the ground is unacceptable, point blank.
