Just talked to Terri... Dustin Hall won tonight's average. I guess there were some pretty good stock contractors and bulls there. She said it was a good event and it was a two round format. So 30 guys rode two bulls tonight (no short go) and 30 more guys will ride two bulls tomorrow.
I am sure she will fill us in on more when she gets back!

It was good, I haven't been to a non-BFTS event before. It's quite a bit different, but I like it. The entertainment could've been better though! I'm sure Terri will fill you in on who wins tonight, I am terrible with names!

Matt Dunsmore of Eden Prairie MN won the second night of the event. Overall I know that Dustin won the event with Matt coming in second. The rest of the money was calculated a little strange so I can not tell you the other official rankings. I do know the first night you had to be 85 first round and 85.5 second round to be in the day money.
Some results of some of the other names you may recognize: Austin Meier-88 round one, No score Round 2
Evan Raasch-85 round one, No Score Round 2 (He made a good second round ride, just not quite long enough!)
Gilbert Carrillo-No Score either round Adam Carrillo-No Score first round, 80 points round 2. Adam got lawn darted pretty good the first round and was a bit shaken up leaving the arena.
Calyton Williams-84.5 Round 1, No Score round 2.
It was a good event with a great pen of honest bulls. The type of pen the riders really liked to get on. Bulls were there from: Cory Check, Diamond B, Dave Dimaggio, Jeff Robinson, Nix and Luchenbach, O'Kelly and Sons, V Lazy S Bucking Bulls, Paradise Farms, Shad Smith, TnT Rodeo and Munson Cattle Co.
I also have to give major props to the three bull fighters at the event. I am sorry that I do not remember all of their names (I am working on getting that info!). All three of them were AMAZING and worked very well together. They had some really great saves and were not afraid to take a shot for the guys when needed. There were a few saves where things could have been a lot worse had they not done their job as well as they did. It was fun to watch!
I also loved the two round format with no short go! I will post pictures etc in the Who's going and what happened in Forum when I get them loaded and have some time.
Terri
PS I know that some of you guys may now some of the riders that were here from other events etc. If there is a particular rider that you are interested in knowing the results or draws for just let me know and I will either post them or send them to you.
