I just HAVE to laugh. Went over to my message board (the Bull Sheet) and found the following posted. *** Beyond the Bull -- boots4walking, Thu, Feb 16 2006, 15:34:08 (NoHost/63.247.202.94)
SO Beyond the Bull should be pretty good tongiht!

Yeah should be pretty good, Adriano is getting surgery on this episode. The rest of the cowboys will be in Grand Rapids this week right?

Yeah I think so. That is always a good event. PBR is really growing! As a fan that is really exciting

Yeah I hear ya, the PBR is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States, and the world as well! It really is the Toughest Sport on Dirt!!! *** Checked the e-mails and they are folks from PBRnow.com (or so the e-mail addies indicate). Can we say blatant, shameless plug!? I have to laugh, but also have to wonder if ratings for BTB are so low that they have to come on to such a little message board to rally viewers.
I replied in this fashion.."This shameless plug brought to you by PBRnow".
Thought it would be fun to share...and heck, why not help the poor guys out and spread the news #mfr_lol# #rofl79# I'm still laughing about this.

Hmmmm....Are you sure that they actually work for the PBR? I seem to remember last year being offered "Internet service" from the PBR through the fan club for like $29.99 a month. I have not heard anything about it since then though so I am not sure what the details are. Just seems a little odd to me since I know that there are PBR people that visit other boards but have never seen them do anything like that before.

And people never post with fake e-mail addresses. I think TLC has more to lose on bad ratings than the PBR does.

I didn't think that the internet service ever went through. I have yet to find anybody that uses it....of course to be fair, maybe I have now. I still think it's a riot. I also think it was just one guy posting as two people as the posts were just too close together. BTW: there have been a couple of times when we have found PBR employees using false names to post stuff at my board. However that was years+++ ago. No matter which it is, the style in which they posted is funny. Why fake a conversation? If it had been me I would have just posted a reminder for everyone to watch the show. Maybe they were worried that I'd get my panties in a bunch and flame 'em for trolling? I honestly don't care about that, as long as it's clean and 100% rodeo related. There was a time when saying hey "come and check this out" was completely fine. nowadays people get offended by it. Guess I'm just old school. Anyway, he/they gave me a good laugh #37#

LOL that is funny! I missed the part that it was the same person. I guess that is one way to make it look like people are agreeing with you or that you are loved! You are right just posting a reminder or a discussion point or even opinion would likely have generated more discussion and excitement!
