I've met Randy Bernard also...In Minneapolis. He was a really nice guy who didn't seem to mind talking to anybody wether they were riders or fans or the band at the New Years party. For a guy who's so nice away from the business aspect of the PBR why must he be such a DICK when he's in his realm that is Professional Bull Riders Inc.? That's my only quirk with him really (I have a couple really small insegnifficant quirks with him that's for another time and another place). I think he needs to spend more time away from the business end of things!

NOW Brett Haber on the other hand.....He's just a stuck up, pompus windbag who got what was coming to him. I've met both Haber and McKee.....and I'll take McKee over Haber any day! At least McKee knows a little something about the industry (I've heard that he raises bulls too...I do know that he had some in the auction at the finals last year) and as bad as this may sound I think he trys to make things "fun" for the people at home. Haber on the other hand apparently is more worried about his flights than what is going on in the arena. He's less than personable also....I said hi to him in Minneapolis and he gave me this "you are the scum of the earth" look and turned and walked away. Like I said Haber got what he had coming.

Holly brought me her FRIED TWINKIES book to her appt the other day. I must say it did shed a lot of light on the Tuff Hedeman issue. I have decided that Cody Lambert has a lot of pull in the PBR now, seems to me he made a lot of the most crucial decisions early on in the PBR's history.

perhaps it is best that Tuff went his own way.

If it hadn't been for Clete and CC there would have never been a PBR. Thats a FACT. Tuff was a popular choice as president because he was a fan favorite, but Lambert has always had a lot (if not more) actual power...He's always been the brains behind it.

I wonder why Lambert hasn't been the PBR president? I think he runs the show anyway.

I saw him get very mad @ the judges in OkC and I am sure that the lady that sat behind me at that event can verify that.

A rider was given a reride and you could clearly tell that Lambert was pissed, he had his hand up like Why? why did you do that? He pointed like 1 & 2, as if to say, you first you second? (to the judges)

I think he runs the show anyway whether he is the president or not.

I imagine when you have that much testoterone running the PBR you will have many fights now & then. I must say the book really did change my views on a lot of things and riders, I think it is a good book and I finally know the Tuff story now.

Remember 2 things.. IT is just a book...and 2nd Cody needs to be tough on guys..Someone has to be..Someone has to hold them accountable cody is a very passionate man..He hates tosee re rides becuase he stock director and that reflects poorly on the stock...

like most orginizations the 2IC does most of the "work" the person on charge has a different role.

I'm sure that is correct (about there being 2 sides of the story).

I do get the idea though that Cody Lambert makes a lot of major decisions.

You can clearly tell he gets pissed @ the re-ride options when not necessary, he shocked me in OkC, it was very obvious, but then again the re-ride option should not have been given.

Perhaps Tuff will write a book in retaliation? I doubt it, I figure he doesn't care to comment, he never has to my knowledge.

As far as I know, like with Brett Haber, their are plenty of lawyers involved and they have been told not to comment on the whole deal.

I bet that's right! Both parties have been very hush hush about the whole situation; perhaps it is part of the agreement? (if there is one)

Too bad it didn't just all work out for both Tuff & the board members.
