1. I am NOT a McBride fan so they can stop talking about him at any moment and that would make me absolutely positively ESTATIC!!!
2. I love Chris Shivers when he's riding bulls but as soon as the commentators start talking about him and adriano trying to make history it really starts to annoy me cause they keep saying things that we already know.
3. We NEVER heard about Sean Willingham until he won the event this past weekend and we hardly ever heard about Ross Coleman until he won his event...So to any bullriders out there who might stumble across this...If you win an event you MIGHT get mentioned!
4. Tava Smiley just flat out annoys me!
5. Brett Haber drives me crazy!
Well that's it for right now...but I'll think of more that's for sure.

hmm.. gotta say I disagree about Sean and Ross statement. They always talked about Ross in 2003 and 2004. As far as Sean, they talk about him from time to time. I notice because Sean is one of my favorites. It's like any sport... you don't hear much about guys unless they are winning (events or rounds), in the top few guys in the sport or wrecking.
I am not a McBride fan either but they need to talk about him because he is the 2005 world champion and in PBR history there has never been a repeat champ. Most of the past champs have missed events this far into the season b/c they are either injured or recovering from surgery. So it is a pretty big deal at this point.
I agree about the Shivers/Adriano thing. On top of what you said I would also like to add... it's early in the season and a lot can happen. Come July/August if it's like this.. I'll be more interested.
Tava again I agree there.
Brett- I'll get heat for this but I am actually starting to really like him. Would I rather see Ty or Jerome or Rob take his place? Yes. But from Brett's early days to now he has come a long way. He has gotten better at seeing what is going on and he has become more observant. Yes he gets facts wrong from time to time but a lot of the stat stuff he relies on other people...in those cases you are only as good as the information in front of you. Sure he makes mistakes but so goes McKee.

I don't agree with you on Ross Coleman, Brett Haber, or Tava Smiley.
Ross Coleman's name is always mentioned too much in my opinion. Until his recent success, I thought he was the most overrated PBR rider in the world. At least for the two or three years I've been watching anyway.
Tava definitely doesn't annoy me at all. Like I've mentioned before, she is on the screen a total of 5-10 minutes each broadcast. I can't get annoyed by someone who hardly ever talks.
As for Brett Haber, I've always taken up for him. I was taking his side back in 2004 when I first started watching the PBR. He does a good job, and that's all that's asked of him. He shouldn't have to be a genius when it comes to bull riding, that's what G-Man and McKee are there for. Brett is supposed to call the action, and he does a great job. And he is actually learning the stuff pretty darn well. He knows a lot more stuff about bull riding than the normal fan.
I agree on the first two statements about Justin and Chris, but our gripes don't really matter there. They will hype these guys, as well as Adriano, until the cows come home.
I also agree on Sean Willingham. He is underrated big-time, and I was glad to see him win, even if his ride on Werewolf was scored a little high in my opinion.

i dont agree with you on the Ross statement, ive heard alot about Ross lately, and actually there are alot of people that are expecting him to move up and win the title. Personally I really like McBride. Im sorry but its not his fault that the commentators keep mentioning him. He just happens to be the former world champion, and isnt doing too shabby this year either. I think they focus on him because he draws alot of people into the sport that might not be 'true' fans. As you can probably tell i really like Chris Shivers ;D, i admit the whole rivalry thing is kind of getting annoying. But both him and Adriano happen to be going for the same thing this year (and have been battling out all season). But i think because of this, alot of other people are being over looked. ... go chris...!!! I totally agree with Tava i really cant stand her, matter of fact i hope that she goes soon Brett Haber im not a big fan, but hes apart of weekend bull riding and i dont think that it would be the same with out him. He does say some ridiculous things, but i look at them as comical now!
