So I shall make a few matchups. Looks like a good set of bulls here....
Jason Bennett on Frontier Justice - It really is good to see ol' Jason back on the trail and he's done well so far, but boy, I don't like his chances here. Not the draw you'd want, for sure. Frontier Justice will win this one.
Travis Briscoe on Werewolf Snuff - Travis has taken some hard blows lately, but we know he's tough. This is a bull that can give you a hard blow, that's for sure, but he's been rather mellow lately and not as rank as he used to be. Travis should bounce back from the concussion and ride this bull to a high 80's score. Could be the go round - again.
Allan Moraes on Hornet - This bull's been really rank lately, and Allan hasn't covered many of his bulls this season (yes, I know he was 93 last week). The bull will keep his streak going with a buck-off here. Hornet is a rising star in the making, I think.
Luke Snyder on Renegade - The bull's been ridden 7 out of 9 times, and Luke seems to finally be slowly coming back to life. I'm going with him here because of the bull's record; if Luke falls off here I will be flat-out SURPRISED.
Paulo Crimber on Rocketman - The bull's owner is Bo Davis, but this is the same Rocketman we've known for the past few years (the one who was formerly owned by Taupin + Teague), and he isn't as rank as he used to be. Normally I'd go with Crimber here but I just can't because he can't seem to ride anything right now. Rocketman will take him down.
Sevi Torturo on Blue Velvet - This is a rideable bull (ridden 3 out of 4 times), especially for someone like Sevi who's proven to us that he belongs here on the BFTS. Sevi will ride him all day long, and be in the mid-80's or so to boot.
Ednei Caminhas on DiMaggio - Where's Ednei been? I think this is his first event back in a while. DiMaggio's been ranker as of late, and while I know that Ednei can handle this kind of a bull most often, I'll give the slight edge to DiMaggio here.
Dan Henricks on Rat Trap - Good draw for Dan, and he too has shown us that he is back. He will perhaps compete for the go-round with an upper-80's kind of a score. I like Dan's chances here.
Chad Denton on Slim Shady - Shady isn't a short-go kind of a bull anymore but he is still a rank dude. Chad might have his work cut out for him here. I'm still pickin' ol' Shady.
Brian Canter on Money Maker - The bull hasn't been ridden yet but that is about to change here. Brian means business, especially with his 92.5-point effort in St. Louis. Brian should be able to ride this one easy.
There y'all have it. Any agreements? Disagreements? And anyone know (A) where has Ednei been these past several weeks, and (B) why J.W. Hart isn't in the draw?
