Just an FYI I will be taking the board down for a little while to do some site upgrades and also some preparation for the new web site. Since I need to go into the code to do this and reset some of the board defaults it will be necessary to take the board down completely for a little while. If all goes well it should take approximately 10 min to get what I need, rest the defaults and retest the board. I will try to do this during a low traffic time so most of you will not be impacted. During this time however, if you do try to access the site you will get a message stating that the board is in maintenance mode and can not be accessed.

Those of you that remain logged on at all times may also be asked to reenter your passwords and I have been warned that some custom avatars may be lost. I am hoping to avoid this but if I need to and you have lost your password please let me know and I can assist you in getting the password reset. I can also help anyone that experiences avatar troubles after the reset. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Thanks for all of your understanding.

Well it took a few min longer then what was anticipated and I ma sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. It looks like the upgrade does not appear to have caused too many issues. If you have any problems with your profile please let me know and I will work with you to fix it ASAP.

Since the board was down anyway I also went ahead and made two other changes that we had previously discussed. First Holly and I will no longer be known as Administrators. As stated previously most of the time we are posting just as members and not as "administrators". Our new name is producers. These are the men and women in the rodeo world that organize the event and make sure it all runs smoothly for the committees, contractors, contestants, fans etc. The second change was the addition of custom titles for our fantasy winners. It now displays the event that they won and declares them as a winner. If you see any problems with your title or I missed any winners please let me know and I will fix it ASAP.
