You may have noticed 7 PBR Enterprise Tour Events this year are being done under the title of Battle of the Bulls. These show are actually being produced by the same group that put on the World’s Toughest Bulls and Broncs tour. If you are not familiar with the World’s Toughest Bulls and Broncs tour you are missing out on a great show. It is a rough stock tour only, although this year they have added barrel racing as well. They have been putting shows for a lot of years and the list of current and past contestants is impressive. A few rider names that you may recognize that are currently riding on the tour: Travis Sellers, Brandon Berry (Congrats to him for winning the recent event in NC), Curt Check, Josh Mulholland and Jay Marrow.
Some of the contestants that have competed in past shows include: BJ Schumacher, Fred Boettcher, Davey Dyke, Steve Antczak, Justin Kennedy, Tate Stratton, Willis Trosclair and Bobby Welsh
The bulls are also top notch. Many of them are the same bulls that were at the Madison PBR ET event. The main Bull contractors include: Classic ProRodeo, Cory Check, Korkow Rodeo and Three Hill Rodeo.
Although their shows are mainly centered in the Midwest they have also added more East Coast shows this year. For those of you on the East coast that may not be able to make a PBR show this maybe a great alternative. You will also be treated to some great bronc riding.
One other advantage the tentative rider list is also posted before each event. So if you are debating about going you can see some of the guys that are planning on competing.
I have gone to a large number of the World’s toughest shows over the years and I highly recommend them to anyone. I will also try to keep everyone up with the results from the shows. Here are the bull riding results from the first two events of the season:
Raleigh, NC
Brandon Berry 83 points $3,066.66
Casey Cooley 81 points $466.66
Jason Batten 73 points $466.66
Indianapolis, IN
Day-1

Chris Smith 159 points $833.33
