The field has been finalized for the NFPB Finals in St.Joseph,MO March 30 - April 1st. Jeremy Harris leads the way into the finals. Danny Scholobom and Curt Check are hot on his heals with Erik Hopp and Sam Nelson rounding out the top five. Others to watch at the finals include Matt Pojanowski, Curtis Seamans and Henry Yoder. Big names who missed the finals cut this year include Ryan Clark, Justin Carlton, Bert Hershberger and Ronnie Kitchens. All four had good years but couldn't quite get there. Finals personel will be announced by the end of next week. If you live in western MO or eastern KS make plans to attend this event. It is always an exciting time and a great competition. Tickets are available in advance on www.ticketmaster.com

I am a little bit slow in responding to this post but... it looks like it is going to be a great competition! There are some big names and very sticky riders on the list. Wish I lived closer. If any of you do I would highly recommend making the trip.
One of the sleepers that could also have a big finals is Adam Mace. He tends to come up big when the pressure is on.
I can never remember, how many guys do they take to the finals?

I want to make a prediction, not for this year, but in the next 3 years, dont be surprised if you see a young gun named Trevor"Mr Adorable" Packard at the NFPB Finals. He just got his card last week, and is 16 yrs old. That boy has the heart, try, and toughness.

They take 25 and it looks like they may need to take the first two alternates this year as they have two finalists who are in contention to be BFTS competitors that weekend (Willy Ropp and Matt Pojanowski).
Another kid to look out for is Reese Cates. He's only 16 but he rode Tombstone for 89 points en route to winning the NFPB in Hope, AR last fall.
