I spoke to Ross yesterday..He plans to return to BFTS at the Columbus OH event..
I thought the RosCo fans would like to know..

Dang, I wish I knew famous people... especially famous bullriders. Its like sayin, 'ya so I hung out with shivers the other day, him and his wife are doin well. Oh ya and then Brendon called me, wanted to know what I was up to, told him I was hanging out with Shivers. Later that night though I ended up havin a beer with Justin McBride just shootin the wind'
I am not bashin, just my way of expressing the jealousness I hold towards thoughs that are friends with the riders. And a last note on that: You all need to hook me up! lol No but really.... ;D
ps... I am also glad Ross is coming back! Glad to hear it!

Dont be jealous..I am a older lady that used to do Ross' website for him lol
Ive been going to the PBR since it started and have gotten to know some of the cowboys..Ross is one of my favorites and I wanted to know how he was healing and when he was coming back...I talked to Amy, Ross' girlfriend, first..lol...I wasn't trying to do anything but, inform

I really was glad to hear he was healing up and is expected to return. I have been around some of the amatuer arenas, I can't even imagine being around the higher ups. It is really neat you know them. |

Thanks for the update NCWest. I really miss seeing Ross ride. He to is one of my favorite riders and I got to meet him last year at the finals....he is soooo nice. I can't wait to see him back riding. I am very excited cause I just saw the PBR is coming to Chicago...I am so there to see them in Chicago. I am looking forward to finals again this year and seeing Ross,Justin and all the rest ride.

I've meet some everytime I've went to one. They're really down to earth guys! When you talk to em it's not like you're talkin to anybody famous, just a regular ole hard workin Joe. |

I would love to go to an event sometime... There are very few that come up near Pennsylvania. I bet they would be real down to earth, they seem like it on tv... I love the atmosphere around the amatuer circuits! Anyways... someday I will be able to afford to travel around and see them.

here is his latest update from his website:
10/07/05 I am feeling great and planning on riding in Columbus, OH on Oct. 15th & 16th.
I have been doing a lot of ranch work, team roping and started working out again. I am ready to go for Columbus! Tandy just has to give me the O.K.! I won't be riding at the Challenger Tour Finals, just the Built Ford Tough Series. I will be in Columbus on Friday night and suppose to be doing an autograph signing that night at a bar called "Whiskey Dicks" and then on Sat. at Rod's Western Store from 1-2:30. Hope to see ya there.
My bull, Dakota Country, did pretty good in Laughlin. He was marked 44.5, I just new Jody Newberry was going to ride him. He is an awesome bullrider. Dakota will be at the PBR World Finals for sure now. I am jacked about it, I hope I draw him. I just have to keep exercising him and get him ready for Vegas.
I have really good news about my buddy Jack Peterkin. He had a major surgery last week and all the test results came back negative for cancer! It has been such a blessing. So that means all the cancer is gone and now he just has to heal from the surgery. No more KEMO!! Thanks for everyones thoughts and prayers.
I can't believe how close The World Finals are, my buddy Justin is doing awesome and I am rooting for him all the way! If you don't have tickets, good luck, they are oing fast! It's a show you can't miss. Take care~ RC

HEY NCWEST. Hows Rob and Shelly doing? Rob ans Shelly are doing great! Rob has started back riding .. I talked to Shelly yesterday she said... Collin is doing better. They have put him on the regular ventilator (compared to the high frequency respirator) now and is tolerating it well. He has a little bacterial infection right now so it has slowed him down a couple of days, but all the scans of his brain, heart, kidneys and liver look really good, so he is chugging along slowly, but surely. |
