How long have you been bullriding?
Justin McBride: Since I was eleven. Fifteen years.
hey Justin, are you planing to be at the event in Dallas, Texas? I heard that you were going to not be at some events because of the baby and you can take some events off.
Justin McBride: I will be attending the event in Dallas, TX.
Are you planning on attending the Finals this year?
Justin McBride: Yes
What is it like being in front of the cameras during an event?
Justin McBride: Not a big deal, its a good feeling though cause millions of people will be watching the bull riding
are you hoping for another world championship?
Justin McBride: Yes
Are you going to attend the Hawaii event?
Justin McBride: If I qualify
Has there ever been a bull that you have been scared to get on?
Justin McBride: Every one of them
Was there ever a time that you considdered quitting bull riding?
Justin McBride: No, never considered quiting
Did you ever get the chance to ride Bodacious?
Justin McBride: No Bodacious was already in retirement
what is your time limit in the chute?
Justin McBride: I dont think that there is any set time, it is at the judge's discretion.
who is you favorite bull of all time?
Justin McBride: My favorite bull is Mossy Oak Mudslinger because when you stay on him you get a high score.
Far in the future, what will you do when you retire?
Justin McBride: Ranch, fish and hunt
what is it like to be famous, well known, to have fans screaming out your name where ever you go?
Justin McBride: I wouldn't know.. I dont know about having them scream out my name, but it's great having them cheering when your doing good.
What was your favorite ride of your career?
Justin McBride: When I stayed on Camo at the PBR Finals, probably the worst ride I ever made but definately my favorite
Do you go to any other events during your time off?
Justin McBride: J.W. Hart's Challenger event and Ross Coleman's

Justin McBride: Its raining right now, other than that it's been real windy!

Justin McBride: I do when I don't do something before the event, or I dont have a promotion to go to after the event

What do you do to try and stay focused before and event.
Justin McBride: I just focus on, basic bull riding skills. After the event I think about what went well and what did not work
Whenever you see someone else get injured really bad, before your ride, how does that play on the mental toughness of the sport?
Justin McBride: I dont think it effects my mind set in riding, I certainly hope they are ok all the time, but it doesn't effect my rides

did you ever play dunning in any high school sports? thats where I live
Justin McBride: Yeah I played them in football and we wrestled against them

Justin McBride: No, when I was a little kid I would watch good riders. I don't watch myself ever.

What is your Favorite thing to do when you are not riding?
Justin McBride: My favorite thing to do in the summer time is fish, in the fall and winter it's hunting
Is a mechanicle bull like riding a real bull? I've rode a mechanicle bull, but I want to know if a real bull is anything like a mechanicle one.
Justin McBride: Absolutely not. Not that a mechanical bull isn't hard, they just aren't alike.
Do you think a girl could become a PBR rider?
Justin McBride: If she was a good enough rider I think so
Why dont you ride with a helment does it mess up your riding or dont it?
Justin McBride: I dont ride with a helmet because its not the way I grew up doing it, so its not the way I'll finish doing it. I don't have anything else against those that wear helmets
Which young, new rider on the curcuit do you think has the most potential to have a long successful career in bull riding?
Justin McBride: There are several that have a good chance, I think Brian Canter has a real good chance, he reminds me of Chris Shivers, he has potential.
Do you ever plan on raising buckin bulls for the PBR eventually?
Justin McBride: J.W. Hart and I have partnerd on some but J.W. will do everything
do you always wear jeans or do you wear like hoodies or shorts or a beenie?
Justin McBride: I wear shorts when I fish
Do you think helments will be required sometime in the future?
Justin McBride: I dont think at a professional level they will ever be required
can bull riders be in there 40 and still ride bulls is there a age limet
Justin McBride: Darn I hope so, competing at the PBR level they would have to be lucky enough to stay healthy that long

What was your most embarrassing moment?
Justin McBride: Every time I fall off, its a new embarrasing moment
Would you support your daughter if she wanted to ride bulls?
Justin McBride: I would probably try to talk her out of it, but if she really wanted to I would support her

Justin McBride: Only when they brought Greg Crabtree's family out in the arena in Oklahoma City
Do you do any competition with your horses?
Justin McBride: No, I just use them around the ranch

Justin McBride: I like to get on bulls like them but if you stay on them you get a good score
How do you think your prior injuries will affect you in the future?
Justin McBride: Hopefully then won't, I don't really forsee them affecting me
Have you gotten used to all the travel to PBR events?
Justin McBride: Yeah I have gotten used to it, really used to it
Will you ever perform a dance after the end of a ride like some of the other riders do?
Justin McBride: You will never ever see me dance.

At the finals in Las Vegas last year, the bull riders had to sit at tables and sign autographs and have their pictures taken with fans. Do you like doing appearances like that?
Justin McBride: Yeah I like appearances with a lot of kids, they seem to enjoy it

Justin McBride: I have one dog, a border collie, Ross Coleman gave it to me.

Justin McBride: Yea, 100%. Their the reason I was able to ever win a PBR World Championship.

Justin McBride: No, I am not really sure what the corporate side is

Justin McBride: I don't play to many jokes
