If you watch NASCAR on FOX/NBC you may can follow me here. Both networks use a stat system that gives you what they refer to as "POINTS AS THEY RUN." Showing how many points a driver has if the race would end now. How cool would it be if we had the total after the 7th Round, and they could update with every ride in the Short Go!

That's about as good of an idea as I've heard yet. I love it!
It definitely stinks having to wait all the way until the end before knowing exactly what someone has to do to stay in the thick of things. Great idea!

Yes, great idea! i like it. It would be much less confusing, and it would be interesting. On the telecast during the end of the finals, they were having some trouble trying to explain to television viewers who could be in the lead, and who could win, and who was out... that's a great idea!

Sunday was a great example on NBC at Homestead. Updates every 15 minutes or so on where the field stood in relation to the championship.
