I know for a fact about the jobs i refferred to. I have talked to several of them people in person. And up here in Wi, several towns have been overrun by Hmongs, and they do get to live here tax free for 7 yrs. Best part about that is when there 7 yrs is up...they turn there business over to there brother or other family member to go for another 7 yrs, and so on. My cousin worked as a foreman at a factory, and if he didnt learn the language of the "MINORITIES"...he would have lost his job. I have heard of several others that it has happenned to. So yes...those are FACTS!!! Terri can vouch for the her hometown area bieng over run by Hmongs, and how they operate. I know there not Brazillians, but there still foreigners. That is my biggest pregnant dog......Im not for sure, but I was told that in L.A, the driving test is givin in like 7-8 differant languages. I cannot verify that, that is just what I was told. If it is true......when was the last time you saw a road sign in Chinese, spanish, arabic,etc...???Maybe out there , there is, and if so...again...why do we accommondate them?

I am actually very dissapointed in the way people on here bash the foreigners on tour and in general. With all the god bless, I'll pray for you and all the other religious crap that goes on here you have the odascity to put down a country, race and how they entered your city or state. If you are that mad move into an only white community i live in one and i love it.
Does it really matter what they do how they do it and everything else? I dont really care to think about it.
Everyone on here trying to act so proper how many of you falsify your tax records just so you get more money back or just gather recipts for tax write offs. In there personall lives we do not have the right to judge nor should we. If you were a immigrant wouldn't you want to be in america where you get all the perks of freedom and good wages. I dont care if adriano, ever pays a d**n cent of taxes,or marchi, or carrillo, or caminhas, but please dont forget, Troy dunn one of my favorite riders who pays australlian taxes on his winnings, and even Brendon clark so please dont criticize the the hispanics, brazillians, and Aussies, None of us know what they do and in my opinion dont care.
Please do not come back with the he's my cousin/friend/brother and he tells me, Nobody talks taxes and what the pay or receive unless they are happy to be screwing someone.
Remember you pick the line of work you do and therefore if you have to learn the language you should not work in the field. For example i worked for the department of social services in california and i had to learn spanish. I told them I was Planning a trip to mexico and that i would look for new employment and to go to hell, i did not pregnant dog about it and do it i quit and got the job i have now where i dont have to learn anything or speak to anyone if i dont want to and i love it..

ha...im 16yrs old...i dont no anything about taxing or "falsifying" (however you spell that) I most definitely am not BASHING the foreigners...all tho i can see how it may have came off that way. If you ARE AN AMERICAN and NOT PITCHING IN that is DISRESPECTFUL...if you ARE NOT AMERICAN are ARE MAKIN A LIVIN HERE and NOT PITCHING IN either THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL TOO...IMO! lol. I dont care where you come from. I see it as going to a birthday party takin the goody bag and leaving....shouldnt you give a gift or say happy birthday at least? Your right...I dont know what they do...and for those who actually DO something...well than the more power to them. I dont have a problem living with these people and i dont have a problem with them coming to live with with me. AND I ESPECIALLY DONT MIND THOSE GUYS IN THE PBR...MOST ARE MY FAVORITES! But when you when you go to live in an apartment you gotta pay rent right? Pay your rent to the US for giving you the job that gives you the livin. not the guests..the ones that stay. Besides ive "heard" that in brazil and other places in south america that you can go to college for free but have to pay up 45% of your taxes... rather your an immigrant or local...my dads an electrician who works with brazillians from the shipping industry and this is what he was told by them...so they expect us too... Now i may not be the best christian but i am one...and i hardly doubt by expressing my opinions that i should be "bashed" for saying god bless you or saying a prayer for those i care about. a few good things about america right there...freedom of speech and religion...not to mention everybody is equal...but really are they? are tax payers bein jipped? how can you seriously say that you Dont care about the fact that while you have been workin hard payin taxes..doing your part..some people have actually been cheating their way outta of it...that includes the americans. shouldnt everyone have to pay equally TREATED EQUALLY..AFTER ALL ITS IN THE CONSTITUTION ISNT IT?? Im not talkin about the annual visitors...im sure they have taxes for their own countries to pay...but for the ones who are stayin here... Now about the fact that you changed your job..well thats great...if you CAN do that. Some people struggle for their jobs...and if theres a good job they want but cant get because they dont speak a foreign language then that is really unfair to them. Putting them out of a job. The U.S economy is based on a system really...put in spit out...thats the way i see it. If you dont put in then its not gonna spit out. like a snow cone machine... you put in the ice chunks..through a bunch of labor...you get crushed ice and a nice pretty snow cone. Your machine seems to be workin great right? now what if someone with another machine starts to take from your bag of ice, and makes some REALLY PRETTY BIg snow cones? thats great...your happy for them... i mean they worked hard to get that ice crushed and make those snow cones, but shouldnt they share some of those snowcones or pay you back in ice? Ice that you gave that without they couldnt have gotten the snowcones with? Ok lol dont know where i went with that one...but it made sense to me...lol my basic point is...im not bashing anyone...but i do think that its disrespectful to never give and only recieve. blah politics!lol

As far as accomadating them, we dont, how many times has lea spoken spanish we need to just not talk to them. If we cant understand them we dont need an interview. As far as your take on taxes and why is it fair that i pay them because i dont care i get my check every week it is the same give or take 200.00 and i am happy, my family is happy and i have 4 childreen that allow me to live a very good life and i am fulfilled. Thats like saying i have to go to church to believe in god, bullshit. I do not have to give any money at my church of sunday football all i have to do is sit down relax and enjoy and only get bashed for what team i root for not my beliefs. Do i believe there is a god? Answer yes. Do i believe everything that happens because god interacts and makes it possible for me to do have and whatever HELL NO. I work too d**n hard for money to think anyone else did it for me. Mountain dew makes my amp and i drink it.Thank you md for all the energy youy give me and the ability to stay awake. God Bless Md.
I just wish the minutemen were armed then we wouldnt have these problems.

#giveup# lol..ok ill give in to the Mountain Dew
I know these guys work hard....i know that americans and americas not the ONLY reason they make it...if thats what you were saying...i know what they make may not specifically change our own personal check. but if we didnt have to pay taxes for 7 yrs or so..then that check would be higher each time you got it...and when the pay is bigger you gotta admit the livin is easier and sometimes better. NOW take out w/e about the language learning, now take out the accomadating to them ideas, now take out the God lectures.....is it right for people to live here get the equal rights and opportunities and not have to do the stuff no one wants to do...like taxes? imo i dont think so. Man i wish we had it like brazil tho...they dont have to pay for any medical expenses or school or anything its all free...the only eh 45% of their money goes to gov to be able to do that. sounds kinda nice tho. you cant come from america to go to college for free their tho....o no no no you gotta become a citizen. lol

who said i wanted to go there? haha it can come to me!... well actually i wouldnt mind the vacation. beautiful country.. but just think about that med thing...if you always expect 45% out of your check for the school and med expenses than it wouldnt matter how many times or how bad you got hurt...the price would always be the same! hey cowboys + accident prone rep in this rodeo biz = benefit lol

Well...point was made...thanks Todd....your right, we do pick our jobs, and if we are made to speak there language to keep them, we should"ACCOMMENDATE" them. I mean, why should they get treated equally to us americans that were born and raised here. "WE" should go and find another job.We are always bending over to kiss the forgeiners a$$. If I was an immagrant, i would want to be here......but i would also like to be treated equally, unlike Todd, who thinks he is better than everyone else, and should have differant rules for him, like.......the Hmongs, Chinese, brazillians,etc....You want to live here, and work here.....you do it the way the rest of the "AMERICANS" do....NO special treatment. And it does affect us what they do....there are plenty of americans out of work, because the companies, factories, "HAVE" to hire so many minorities. So yes...they are taking our jobs from us......and cant even speak the language, while the american ...who can speak it,and has a family, and a home, which HE is paying taxes on, and paying taxes on the "MINORITY" who took his job, so the "MINORITY" doesnt have to pay the taxes is gettin screwed. YES..........It does affect me, and YES.....I do care !!! I should be ashamed of myself for wanting to work a job that i like....but instead, i should find another one, that will probably suck,so i dont have to learn another language, to "ACCOMMENDATE" forgeiners !!!!!

Back when i was young i used to work in a factory and everyday the American worker would bich it was too hot, he needed a cigarette, had to get a drink of water, take a 30 minute crap to avoid work. While the foreign worker did not care how hard he had to work as long as he had enough money to send to his family he busted his ass. Don't get mad cause they outwork you OK because it is a fact they don't bich they do there job with a smile i may add. So please i am not better than anyone else i just care if they make a living. I make good money i have a great family and can do what i want. If that makes me better so be it. However i am not i just enjoy my work and the family does too.
By the way ohc what do you do for a living the way you talk it must be a factory or the fields i am just trying to understand your hatred. Did you ever think that you might be lazy and have no work ethic and that is why you are so upset with the Vietnamese, blacks, Mexicans and many others you failed to mention. You are pathetic and need to get a degree quit drinking beer and grow up.
Validate your points with facts not Prejudice

Well.....them are the FACTS. And I am far from prejudice. I dont hate them people. But I do hate that they come here, and dont speak the language. You want to work here...GREAT. SPEAK THE LANGUAGE!!! PAY TAXES LIKE EVERY AMERICAN!!! GET HIRED FOR YOUR QUALIFICATIONS,NOT BECAUSE YOUR A MINORITY!!! As far as what i do...i dont do anything but breed and pop out babies to collect welfare, so people like YOU can pay for everything I have...like this computer...THANKS by the way. And because of YOU paying YOUR taxes....I can drink all the beer I want. And why should I grow up, when YOUR paying for me to do NOTHING????So..I dont need a degree. Im sure you do make good money, that really explains ALOT of why you are, the way you are!!!........PS...Tell me Im pretty.

o brother...i think the thread needs a new title you know to suit the new topic...like:whos better? for example or who works harder? does it matter? taxation without representation? lol idk but im pretty sure both of you guys work hard for the livin you make. and im sure foreigners do to, but if they are gonna live like a citizen with the benifits of the citizen...imo...they should pay up like a citizen...idc how hard they work...where they work...and if they are a freakin mute....(solves the probrem for learning a language eh?) I personally have a lot of respect for people who leave their home in pursuit of oppurtunity. Its what makes me so proud of my home. Now i dont think this thread was meant to bash you or you or the foreigners...but it sure does seem to have certainly turned into that! of course right now i should probably be practicing my preaching ...oh yea go on nod your head..very funny. i should really stop talking so much...i get into deeper trouble. gah specially at home...grounded..entire week...geesh...just because i have yet to learn how to keep my mouth shut. #giveup#

Okay I just want to correct some misinformation on this thread. Foreign citizens that earn income in the US ARE required to pay taxes on their earnings at the federal, state and normally local levels as well. Per the Federal tax code:
The only countries that we currently have tax treaties with are the UK and Canada that I am aware of although there may be others that I am not aware of. There are certain exemptions made to some individual groups based on their classification (for example some Hmong in WI are exempt for 7 years due to the fact that they are considered political refugees). Foreign workers are however exempt from paying into FICA as they do not qualify for Social Security benefits and there by do not pay into the system. There are people that may try to bypass the system just like there are American born citizens that try to bypass the system.
Finally, does anyone know for a fact that the Brazilian riders do not speak any English? I know that they do not do interviews in English but I also know several ESL professionals that speak English very well but will not speak it in front of a group and use an interpreter to do large group presentations. English is a tricky language with several dual meanings, dialects and slang. Even if you speak the language you may think twice before speaking it in front of a million TV viewers on live TV too. Heck a lot of Americans would think twice before speaking twice on camera in front of that many people.
If you want to see the best riders and bulls in the world then you will get riders from all over the world.

well im satisfied. lol thank you so much for posting that. I have to say thats a strong point you make about them thinking twice about the interviews because of the dual meanings and what not. MY french teacher who teaches spanish repeatively makes the same joke about not understanding the meaning to the phrase "its raining cats and dogs"...the funny has worn off by now , but the meaning is still there. Except for the fact that she still doesnt get it. #mfr_lol# ANyWays..thanks once again for correcting the misinformation. #superman#

I can't beleive all this bashing without knowing the facts..I'm friends with a lot of the PBR cowboys ...so I wanted to talk to some of them before I posted about this matter..ALL of the cowboys pay (US) tax's ..I read the post above about Canada so I called my good friend Rob Bell and ask him about Canada...well..he pays US tax's and Canadian tax, as well..about 30% of every check is taxes..and then files all the proper forms at the end of the year ..like all of us.. And as far as the Brazilians not speaking english..the ones that has been here for a while does speak english..Adriano, Ednei and Paulo..even Adrianos children speaks very good english..so, maybe when the rest are here for a while they too will learn.. As long as the PBR is a World Championship Bullriding..thats what you get...bullriders from all over the world. Maybe someone needs to start a US Only bullriding..would you like that better?..Not me..I want the world's best cowboy the win the World Title..so with all that said...Let the BEST cowboy! Win!!
