Great lists!
I spent the entire first season of PBR learning about the riders and the rules of the game, but all of the bulls you two have listed are ones that I definitely recognize as heavy hitters with high point totals. The only one that I didn't recalled right away is Troubador. I'll certainly pay even more attention to the bulls this year and watch for him specifically. In 2007, though, the two that I was always happy to see were White Magic and Copperhead Slinger. I'm looking forward to seeing how they perform this year.

If Chicken on a Chain bucks like that "football team on the mountain plays" he'll be dangerous again. I look for Cooperhead Slinger to make some more noise.

What about Scene of the Crash?

Scene of the Crash was just outside my top 5 and is definitely capable of winning the award this year. There are probably 10 bulls or so that are a step above the rest, but it's hard to decide between those 10.

I've never really been that impressed with Scene of the Crash. He's got a lot of power, but I see a few bulls just a step ahead of him. He's definitely top 10, though.

I'm going to stick with Big Bucks over the long haul, but Copperhead Slinger is #1 right now for 2008. Wow, what a trip tonight with Travis Briscoe!! Good call Hotel Carolina Ranch.

It just seems to me that Copperhead is as tough, but more unpredictable than Big Bucks after the 4 second mark. I think Big Bucks loses just abit after the rider stays past 4. I'm with you guys though, it's way to early. Sit back an enjoy!

With Travis's ride the other weekend, Copperhead Slinger is the bull to beat!

Copperhead looked good but I am going to have to go with Chicken on a Chain to repeat. Atlanta was a fluke for him and I don't think that he will be penalized much in the voting due to the out. He also steps it up at the finals each year and with the new way that the Bull of the Year is selected I don't think he will have any problem being in the top five this year and will take the title again.
PS Gangster that is going to cost you $5 LOL!!!

If Troubador gets enough outs to get the riders' votes, he may win it at The Finals. He is such an athletic bull, and I'm definitely on the bandwagon. Sorry gangster, I just can't get that Atlanta trip out of my mind for CoaC. Maybe after I see him again, I can put him back in my top five or so.
