CTHRASH and Chrisshiversfan, I really appreciate and agree with your view points.

I would be extremely upset if that were my bull and that this was all the punishment that was handed out. Sure does not hurt to have big brother on the PBR board does it?

As CSb pointed out other Brazilians have been busted for sharp spurs. (Amongst other things)

Look for a great bull having a bad trip and I bet you dollars to donuts there is a Brazilian on his back.

Can a stock contractor say NO to a specific rider getting on his bull? I swear I was talking to a contractor with a big deal bull a couple years ago at the finals and he told me he had refused a certain rider at an event on his bull.
Is my memory serving me correctly?

I also wish the PBR would have a page that shows what riders are fined at each event and for what infraction.

At one of the CT events this year, one Brazilian (I wont mention the name) was told to get off his bull and his bull was turned out.

You all should check out Cody T and I's blog. I posted a little "rowel 101" on there. Hopefully it will open a few minds up to the possibilities.

ok i'm not a big brasillian fan and i only like a few of them but pointing the finger at them and blaming them for everything is wrong. nobody is perfect just cuz a group of riders from a country do some things wrong doesn't mean we need to blame all of them and think they are all bad. American riders catch loop and do things wrong too but everyone places the blame on everyone else.

Good post MikeLeeFan. Also CSB on the Blog good points, it may open a few eyes. I am not a big fan of the Brazillians either, but have you noticed that when they do something wrong it gets blow out of proportion. There are quite a few other riders who take a long time in the shoot or 'catch' knots too, but that never makes headline news or it might just get ignored.

I agree that the "Brazilian" talk gets blown out of proportion at times, but as I stated, I would feel the same way if it were caused by any rider. And I truly mean that.
